To check your current balance with Legacy Health:

  1. Visit Legacy Health’s website and log in with your credentials.
  2. On the main menu, view the My Invoices section.
  3. You can pay your balance online via credit card.

To change your credit card or ACH information, you may do one of the following:

  1. Fax the information to 877-818-8182.
  2. Contact your sales representative via their number.

How to find pedigrees using our website?
To find any pedigree for your orders with Legacy Health:

  1. Go to Legacy Health’s website and log in with your credentials.
  2. From the drop-down menu, click on Track and Trace.
  3. Click on VIEW to see the pedigree associated with your order.
How to track your order using Legacy Health’s website?
To Track any order you have placed with Legacy Health:

  1. Go to Legacy Health’s website and log in to your account.
  2. From the drop-down menu, click on View My Invoices
  3. Then click on the order # you would wish to track.
  4. Scroll down to Tracking Information to see your tracking # with either FedEx or UPS.
  5. Note: Each time an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information of when your order ships from our warehouse up to delivery confirmation.
What is the minimum order to receive FREE shipping?
The minimum order to receive FREE ground shipping is $150.
What is the cutoff time to place my order if I need it the NEXT day?
If you wish to receive the order the NEXT day, please make sure to place the order before 5:30 PM EST.
